On Saturday, I went to Portobello Market for the first time.
I go to Spitalfields, Brick Lane and Broadway Market most weekends so it was really good to go to a new one and I've been meaning to for a while. It was made extra fun by the fantastic company I kept that day and all in all was a lovely lovely adventure into West London.
I liked the mixture of antiques and curiosity shops with vintage and designer maker stalls, alongside the hustle and bustle of touristy tat and food. I don't know Notting Hill at all (had only been once before for carnival) and it was good to be introduced to a new area.
